Your heart is going to be beating really fast once you see the new season three trailer for “Game of Thrones.” Check out what’s in store for viewers in the new upcoming season. All the major players have something cool to say as sex, swords, dragons, and bears run rampant in the trailer.
In the opening sequence, viewers are put in the point-of-view of the dragon as the fire-breathing creature soars across the clear blue ocean. The first person we see is Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) standing on the boat, looking right at her dragon. Notice Daeneryss gaze as if she is in complete awe of her growing child. In a later scene, Daenerys promises to her enemies, “I shall show you no mercy.”
King Joffrey (Jack Gleeson) is mad with power as he yells, “Everyone is mine to torment!” We then get a glimpse of someone shackled in chains. This prisoner appears to be locked in some kind of torture chamber. Who could this be? Could it be Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner)? Could it actually be Sansa being tortured to death?
Everybody seems to be gearing up for war. We’re definitely going to be seeing a lot of action this season. Did I just see Ser Jorah Mormont (Iain Glen) kicking butt? Are these two knights slashing at each other with their swords on fire? I don’t know about you, but this has got me hooked. Let’s get this season started already!
This new trailer asks you, “Do you hear them screaming?” Who is going to live and die as the death count starts in “Game of Thrones”? This trailer builds up the excitement as fans anxiously count the days before the season premiere.
“Game of Thrones” airs March 31st on HBO at 9PM.
